Yesterday during my lunch break, went to the service centre to collect my handphone. The staff said that they cant find the faults that i report (the brick game that is orginally installed in, it always hang and always restart the game by itself), so they just format it or do some general sevices. For all i care what they do format it or not just solve the problems in my phone and i wont pester you guys again...Really tired of seeing all your faces, i doubt you guys also want to see my face too...When collecting my phone, the lady who serve me last time now serve me again, smiled to me (she recognised me)..Collect back my phone and also ask her for the service report (the report showing how many times i've been sending my phone in for service and the faults i found in my phone), the report was so thick...Before going off handed her an offical letter regarding the phone problems and asked her to pass it to the person in charge, details of the letter----wrote that they have gone against the law of selling defective/ faulty goods to consumer, it also brings inconvenience to the student and they have to replace a brand new set of phone to me if the problems still occurres---When the staff received it she was shocked, that i would sent in an offical letter to them...
Leaving the service centre, waiting for bus at the bus stop going back to school for my next lesson, received a call from the person in charge saying that they will change a brand new set for me but they have to take order first as it's out of stock at the service centre....This is the first time i think they have good efficiency, the person in charge called me straight away upon receiving the letter....haix...Must take actions by sending in an offical letter then they will do something to solve the problems...I bet that if i didnt give them the offical letter, they sure wont take any actions if they do they will only call us to send in for service again and do a so called thorougly check....
After that back in school during WPB lesson the person in charge kept calling me, but then i hanged it up as i'm having lesson...I think i hanged up her calls about 3 times....Again at about 6.25pm called again that time i was at home so answered her call, she said that she cant detect the problems and asked me to play the games to check whether the the phone still have the problem if there's still problem then call her to let her know...ok so the whole night keep playing that brick game but didnt hang so i thought the phone already ok...
Today i play the brick game again...and you know what, the games automatically restart everything!!!WHAT THE HELL WITH THIS STUPID PHONE OF MINE?! Problems and problems again...Called her so many times but engaged, called her about 10 times or maybe more than that...At last she answered the phone, complained to her about the same problems then she said that that whole week after i send in for service she and her other staffs had played that brick game which i said to have problems but when they played there's nothing wrong with it, there's no problem with the game...Again she gave me another excuse saying that maybe the speed i'm playing too fast so that why it hang...What stupid/ lousy reason you are giving me? Excuse me i played the game at a normal speed ok?! Listen again i played at a normal speed!!!
In the end she said she'll change for me everything, the mother board, the case, everything....
I answered back to her what if the brand new phone still have problems???she answered to me that that's why they have been finding the problems hoping to solve the problem...Ah la whatever la...Just that she willing to give me a brand new set will do.....She said that i have to wait for about a week or two for the stock to arrive and they will use it first and check everything well to make sure that there will be no problem in that new phone before passing it to me.....So for the time being i have to use that problematic phone......
