Woke up at abt 5 in the morning den leave hse at abt 7.50 reached there (Simei Campus) at abt 9 sth, tot i was late (cos we were asked to report there at 9am sharp as bus arrived at 10am) in the end only saw zura there..lol..the rest they abt 9.35 den reach...haix...
den at abt 9.45 Mr Cho (teacher in charge) reached, open studio for us to practise our dance item (Caught Up) we going to perform later...And dont know is Sue forgot to bring the CD (songs we using to perform) or lost it or watsoever, keep finding who have that CD also but den nobody have so Mr Cho went back to his office (Clementi campus) to take the CD so we practise the dance without the songs...
10pm sharp, the bus arrived, drove us to Suntec City to do the Staging, rehearsals, the sound system, the lightnings, etc...
Reached there and saw the environment, the stage, it was big!! Was shocked at the first sight..
So we began to rehearse outside the ballroom and Celeste (dance instructor) arrived...We have to changed the positions of some people cos Siti and kai kai last min unable to perform for the award show...Heard from sue, isabel, they said that kai kai's father passed away and siti was down in dengue fever...Hope that they are alright now...
We had 3 rehearsals to be done there...The first rehearsal was to tried out the stage first, to adjust our positons on stage. The second rehearsals was the whole run of the program with the other people involving the award show. Third rehearsals was also the same as second but then this time got the management people and the head of dont know wat ting came and see the whole run....
For the first rehearsal, got scolded by the instructor cos of the positions and expressions. And second rehearsal, i tripped TWICE-almost fell down..Third rehearsals i danced wrongly, i forgot the dance steps...Haix...But Luckly during the real show i didnt trip or watever ting just that my positons a bit not right...
It's lunch time and we are surpose to had our lunch provided by the organizer but den we waited for a few hrs, the auntie who surpose to delivered us our lunch box was still not there so we went to the food republic to had our lunch...After lunch went back to our changing room and chit chat with our instructor and also waited for our turn to rehearse..After finishing rehearsing, chit-chat again and instructor asked me some weird questions---
Instructor: Candy, you dont talk or speak to people?
Me: No?!?
Instuctor: Is it because you dont like them or you hate them?
Me: No?!?
*Hello?? It's not that i dont talk or speak to them ok? I did talk to them but just not much only...The other people, they all speak in Malay and i dont know malay so how on earth i understand wat they talking abt and interact with them?*
